Refund policy

All HireKit products are digital downloads. All sales are final once downloaded.

If a file is defective or doesn't match its description, email hireme@avitwil.io within 14 days with your order receipt (Payhip order or transaction ID) and we'll send a corrected file or issue a refund.

Any refund is issued through Payhip to the original payment method (PayPal or card).
